At the end of my interview on CNBC on April 22, 2022, I was asked about my replies to a tweet Elon Musk made talking about putting cocaine back in Coca-Cola. I used to teach American Business History at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and it’s actually a very interesting story that ended in a 1920 U.S. Supreme Court case that helped define the meaning of a trademark in U.S. law.
